1. About Us
This website is operated by Maia's Company Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07017219), with a registered office at 232 Shooters Hill Road, London, England, SE3 8UW (“we”, “us”, “Company”).
2. Use of This Website
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or disrupts its operation.
3. Our Services
We provide advisory, consultancy, and documentation support services to help ecommerce software companies prepare for Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) security assessments and compliance reviews (“Services”).
The specific scope, terms, fees, and deliverables of any engagement are agreed in a separate written agreement or statement of work between Maia's Company Limited and the client.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Our Services are advisory in nature. We help clients improve their readiness for Amazon SP-API assessments by reviewing controls, governance, and documentation. However, we do not guarantee that any client will pass an Amazon assessment or receive any particular outcome. Assessment decisions are made solely by Amazon. Our Services reduce risk and improve readiness; they do not predetermine the result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maia's Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
