A full Readiness Programme generally runs six to twelve weeks depending on the complexity of your environment and the volume of remediation work required. We will give you a more precise estimate after an initial scoping conversation.

Do you guarantee approval?

No. Amazon makes all approval decisions independently, and no adviser can guarantee the outcome of an assessment. What we can do is significantly improve your readiness — ensuring your controls, documentation and governance are in the strongest possible position before the assessment begins. Many of our clients go into assessments with far greater confidence as a result.

Do you perform penetration tests?

No — we are a governance and compliance advisory firm, not a penetration testing house. Our focus is on the controls, documentation, and organisational maturity that Amazon reviews. If a penetration test is required, we can help you understand the scope and recommend appropriate providers.

Can you help remediate findings?

Yes. Remediation support is a core part of our Readiness Programme. We will work with your team to prioritise findings, develop practical remediation plans, and support the implementation of policies, procedures and governance processes. For standalone remediations, we can scope an advisory engagement to match.

Do you work with non-UK companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SP-API assessments apply to software companies wherever they are registered. We work with ecommerce SaaS businesses across the UK, Europe, and internationally. Engagements are conducted remotely unless an on-site workshop is specifically requested.

What happens if we have already failed an assessment?
